Official Vietnam eVisa government fees

The Vietnam Immigration Department currently lists a $25 government application fee for a Single Entry eVisa and $50 for a Multiple Entry eVisa. The official portal states that this application fee is non-refundable when a visa is not granted.

These government fees apply to the eVisa application itself. Travelers applying directly through the official government portal do not purchase private document review or application support. Always confirm current official fees because government rules may change.

Vietnam Visa Assist combines the applicable government fee with our private application assistance in one total shown before payment. Single Entry Standard is $49, including the $25 government fee and a $24 service fee. Multiple Entry Standard is $79, including the $50 government fee and a $29 service fee.

There is no separate government fee added after our displayed checkout total. Prices are per traveler. A family or group total is calculated from the number of applicants because each traveler requires individual visa processing unless current official rules provide otherwise for a child sharing a passport.

Standard, Fast and Express pricing

Standard processing is included in the base total. Fast assistance adds $30 per traveler, and Express priority handling adds $50 per traveler. Faster service levels prioritize our review and handling workflow; they do not guarantee a Vietnam Immigration Department decision by a particular date or flight.

Select the processing option from the available time before travel, while keeping a reasonable buffer for Vietnamese weekends, public holidays, corrections or additional authority checks.

Single Entry or Multiple Entry?

Choose Single Entry when the itinerary enters Vietnam once and then leaves without returning during the trip. Choose Multiple Entry when the traveler will leave Vietnam and enter again, such as a Vietnam–Cambodia–Vietnam itinerary.

Do not choose Single Entry solely because the price is lower. Review every regional side trip and border crossing first. The selected entry type should match the complete itinerary and the document eventually issued by the competent authority.

Refunds, payment and approval

Payment purchases the selected private assistance service and covers the applicable government application fee. It does not guarantee approval, government processing time or admission at the border. Final visa decisions are made by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Read the current refund policy before payment. Government application fees are generally non-refundable after submission, and service work already performed may affect refund eligibility. Keep the application ID and payment record for reference.
