Vietnam Visa Assist publishes general English-language information to help travelers understand common Vietnam eVisa application steps. Immigration information can change, so no article should replace the latest instructions from the competent authorities.

Primary sources

We prioritize material published by the Vietnam Immigration Department and other competent Vietnamese authorities. Where an official application form contains a current field, file instruction or process step, that source takes priority over travel forums and commercial websites.

Accuracy and review dates

Guides are reviewed when material rules or official workflows change. Articles may show a publication or review date. Processing periods are described as estimates rather than guarantees, and government fees are distinguished from optional assistance charges.

Independent-service disclosure

Our content must clearly state that Vietnam Visa Assist is an independent service. We do not describe ourselves as the Immigration Department, an embassy or an official government portal. Approval and entry decisions remain with the competent authorities.
