Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Refund eligibility depends on whether document review, priority handling or government submission has begun.

Before work begins

A service-fee refund may be available when cancellation is received before review or processing starts, less any non-refundable payment costs where permitted.

After review or submission

Service fees may be non-refundable once work has been performed. Government fees are generally non-refundable after they are paid or an application is submitted, including when a visa is delayed or refused.

Express service

Express fees may be non-refundable after priority work starts. Express assistance does not guarantee government processing or approval within a particular time.

Requesting a refund

Email support@vietnamvisaassist.com with the Application ID and relevant payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported.
