Vietnam Visa Assist provides independent administrative assistance with Vietnam visa applications. We are not a government agency, law firm or immigration authority. Visa approval, refusal, validity and processing are controlled exclusively by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Applicant responsibilities

You must provide complete, accurate and current information, review all application details and ensure your passport and travel plans meet applicable requirements. You may upload only documents you are authorized to use.

Processing estimates

Any processing time is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Government requests, holidays, system availability, security checks and incorrect information may cause delays.

Fees and decisions

Displayed totals may include government and assistance fees. Payment for assistance does not guarantee a visa decision. Government fees may become non-refundable once processing begins.

Service limitations

Travel purchases remain your responsibility. We are not liable for government decisions, airline decisions, border delays or losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by an applicant.
