Vietnam Visa Assist is a private travel-document assistance service. Our team helps international travelers organize the information and files used in Vietnam eVisa applications. We are not affiliated with the Vietnam Immigration Department, an embassy or any government agency.

What We Do

Our goal is to make the Vietnam visa process easier, clearer, and less stressful for international travelers. We focus on accurate document preparation, transparent pricing, and timely email communication.

Our service is designed to reduce preventable application errors. Travelers provide their passport and trip details, choose the appropriate entry type and upload the requested documents. We organize that information for review and provide application support based on the selected service.

Assistance may include document quality checks, identity-detail review, status communication and help identifying information that needs correction. Service charges cover this independent support.

How Our Application Support Works

Travelers complete a guided form, select the entry type and processing support that match their itinerary, and upload a passport copy and portrait through private storage. The application receives a unique ID for status tracking and support communication.

Document Review Process

Our review focuses on preventable issues such as unreadable files, incomplete passport names, inconsistent travel details, unsuitable entry selection and information that may require correction. Review does not guarantee acceptance or replace an immigration decision.

What we do not do

Vietnam Visa Assist is not a government website, government agency, embassy or law firm. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee approval or a fixed government decision time. Every visa decision is made by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Travelers may apply directly through the official Vietnam Immigration Department eVisa portal. Our service is optional and intended for people who prefer a guided application and document-review process.

How we approach visa information

Visa rules can change. Our informational guides prioritize current Immigration Department material, distinguish estimates from guarantees and show a review date where practical. We avoid presenting assistance fees as a way to influence a government decision.
