Express assistance prioritizes our document review and handling workflow for travelers with a close departure. The one-business-day target is not a promise of government approval or delivery before a flight. Vietnam Immigration Department controls the final decision and may require more time or corrections.
When urgent assistance may be appropriate
Consider priority handling when the itinerary is fixed, departure is close and the passport and document files are ready for immediate review. First count Vietnam business days—not only US calendar days—and check for weekends or Vietnamese public holidays.

- Accurate arrival date and first Vietnam immigration checkpoint
- The complete itinerary, including any trip outside Vietnam followed by a return
- A working email address that can be checked promptly
Use the complete itinerary to choose the entry type. A continuous Vietnam visit normally needs Single Entry; leaving for Cambodia, Laos, Thailand or another country and then returning normally requires Multiple Entry. See the Single Entry vs Multiple Entry guide.
What priority handling cannot guarantee
No private provider can guarantee approval, override an Immigration Department review, eliminate a correction request or promise delivery before airline check-in. Do not describe a target as an official government processing commitment, and avoid making non-refundable travel decisions based only on the shortest estimate.
